SHIPPING

Our in stock pieces ship from our Paris showroom within 3 to 6 business days of purchase. If the item is made to order, please allow 3 to 6 weeks for your product to ship as our artisans need time to create your piece. When it is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.


We offer free express shipping on all orders over 700 EUR within Europe and the United States. 

For all other orders, our rates are the following:

Europe — 20 EUR (free over 700 EUR)

United States — 35 EUR (free over 700 EUR)

United Kingdom — 35 EUR (free over 700 EUR)

Worldwide — 35 EUR 

 

All orders are shipped with DHL Express Go Green, DHL’s environmental protection program that pledges to reduce the logistics-related emission with the goal of reducing the CO2 emissions to zero by 2050. Your shipment is fully insured through DHL and requires a signature upon delivery.

 


DUTIES & CUSTOMS

For all shipments to countries within the European Union, the United States, and the United Kingdom, we ship with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means the price you see at checkout is the final price—there are no additional duties or taxes to pay. We cover all customs fees due upon delivery through DHL.

 

For all other international destinations, duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee. When your order arrives, local customs charges may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by DHL, who will act as the customs broker.

 

If you’re unsure about the customs process for your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about receiving shipments from France.

 

 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a package is refused at delivery—for example, due to unpaid duties or taxes—a €35 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Once the item is returned to us in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the product, minus this €35 fee.

 

Please note that outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order originally qualified for complimentary shipping, an additional €35 will be deducted from your refund to cover those shipping expenses.

 


RETURNS

We accept returns for items that are unworn, in pristine condition, and in their original packaging. To qualify, we must receive your return within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

 

To start a return, please email us at hello@laoliworld.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with the appropriate return address—either in Paris or in the United States, depending on your location. LAOLI does not cover return shipping costs.

 

Please note that outgoing shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If your order included complimentary shipping, a €35 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

All international duties and taxes are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any associated fees when sending a return.

 

Custom-made or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
