Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING

Our in stock pieces ship from our Paris showroom within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. If the item is made to order, please allow 8 to 10 weeks for your product to ship as our artisans need time to create your piece. When it is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.


We offer free express shipping on all orders over 600 EUR within Europe and the United States. Free shipping is available on all orders over 1800 EUR worldwide. For all other orders, our rates are the following:

Europe — 15 EUR (free over 600 EUR)

United States — 35 EUR (free over 600 EUR)

Worldwide — 35 EUR (free over 1800 EUR)

 

All orders are shipped with DHL Go Green, DHL’s environmental protection program that pledges to reduce the logistics-related emission with the goal of reducing the CO2 emissions to zero by 2050. Your shipment is fully insured through DHL and requires a signature upon delivery.

 


DUTIES & CUSTOMS

All shipments to countries in the European Union and the United States are sent with delivery duty paid (DDP). This means that the price listed on the website is the final price and that we cover all the taxes and duties due by DHL upon reception of the parcel.

 

For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union and the United States, duties and taxes are not included. Upon receipt, local custom duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the price or the shipping expenses. DHL will act as a broker in collecting any customs due. You may contact your local customs office for information regarding shipping from France to your country. 

 


RETURNS
We accept returns for items in unworn and pristine conditions and in original packaging. For returns to be accepted, we must receive your return within 14 days from the date you received your item. In order to process your return, contact us at hello@laoliworld.com with your order number and reason for your return. We will then send you our return address in Paris or in the United States (specifically for our United States based customers).

 

LAOLI doesn’t cover return shipping charges. Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable and all customers are responsible for all duties and taxes related to their return. If your piece is custom made or engraved, all sales are final and returns can’t be accepted.
